(KRM) KRINNER Surveying and drilling robot

Cost-effective, faster, more precise. The newly developed surveying and drilling solution by Krinner Schraubfundamente GmbH works fully automatic without a machine operator. The vehicle moves towards the designated GPS points at which its work process can be monitored online in real-time

The automated guided vehicle approach is new to PV construction – a unique solution with its purpose. The KRM is a fully automated surveying and drilling robot. It can be used for the installation of Krinner ground screw foundations or any other type of foundation for ground mounted PV power plants. With uploading the project’s GPS data onto the KRMs control unit, the automated guided vehicle moves towards the located points for the foundations of the rack, predrills a hole and marks the spot without any manual control needed. Therefore the KRM is able to prepare the installation of the rack 24 hours a day in a faster and cheaper way than any other approaches, assuring a high level of precision and quality. Furthermore, information about the approach process is filed automatically on its harddrive in order to enable the evaluation.

KR D 55 Ground Screw Driver-L30-F3 or L40-F3

The powerful KR 55 is suited to medium to large-scale projects. It easily drives in ground screws up to 2 meters in length. This tool is designed for one-person operation. Maximum torque is 5000 Nm. Combined with the corresponding mast, the KR 55 is 3.00 m long. The tool is 1.20 m wide. The corresponding mast can be tilted in four directions to a driving angle of 20°. Total height when the mast is erected is 3.70 m; height when lying is 1.70 m.

KR E 20 Ground Screw Driver-Z1

The KR 20 is a powerful tool for manual driving. This tool is designed for one-person insertion of Krinner ground screws. Maximum torque is 4500 Nm. The weight of the tool is 17,5kg. With the aid of a telescopic bar and guide bars, the tool requires 400 N to operate. With the telescopic bar retracted, the KR 20 is 1.70 m long and with the telescopic bar extended, the tool is 2.80 m long.

KR E manual driving tool-Z1

For manually driving small to medium sized ground screws into ground up to Class III. For pinpoint precision and easy installation, we recommend pre-drilling with an impact drilling machine or hammer drill. The drill should be at least 40 mm in diameter and approx. 800 mm long. Also, a little water can be poured into the borehole for better drilling lubrication.
