George Stott and Company is a steel component and structural steel manufacturer and erector. Based in South Africa and established in 1911, the company is one of the oldest continuously operating steel manufacturers in South Africa.
Over the years the company has grown from a small open die forge shop to a multifaceted manufacturing entity which is involved into several market sectors including electrical distribution, transmission and generation, transport and municipal infrastructure, railway components for electrical overhead tracks, wagon and locomotive manufacturing, telecommunications, mining products and general engineering.
With our main manufacturing locations situated around Johannesburg we have easy access to export markets by rail to Durban international harbor. We are actively exporting to countries in Southern and Eastern Africa and Australia.
